Summary LHC says it is going to start formal hearing of a case against former president Pervez Musharraf.
Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed of the Lahore High Court (LHC) heard a petition, seeking the court directions for the registration of a case against former president Pervez Musharraf under Article 6 of the constitution. The counsel for the federal government requested the court to suspend the hearing for an indefinite period but the court dismissed the plea.The court remarked that it was going to start formal hearing of the case and the federal government could submit its reply in this regard. The next hearing of the case will be held on March 29.
