Larkana: Local singer dies in aerial firing during marriage ceremony
Body of the deceased singer has been handed to her heirs after post-mortem.
LARKANA (Dunya News) – Aerial firing during a marriage ceremony in Ganga area of Larkan claimed life of a local singer Samina Sindhu, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
According to details, a music function was arranged at a house in Ganga area of Larkana in connection with a marriage ceremony of Junejo tribe. Some participants resorted to aerial firing when Samina Sindhu was performing during the function. A bullet hit Samina and wounded her critically.
Samina was rushed to hospital but she died before reaching the hospital. The deceased singer was resident of Ayub Colony, Larkana. Samina’s body was handed to her heirs after post-mortem.
Police sources said that a search has been launched to apprehend persons involved in aerial firing and a case would be registered against them after their arrest.
