Marriyum said the incumbent government has strengthened democracy and the parliament.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Monday claimed that ‘two cousins’ Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan and co-chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari shook hands for Senate polls.

Talking to media in Islamabad, Marriyum Aurangzeb said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is the sole party which always opposed horse trading in the politics.

She said the incumbent government has strengthened democracy and the parliament. PML-N will succeed to elect its Chairman of the Senate with majority, she added.
