SC accepts Imran's plea for Ayesha Gulalai's disqualification
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court will take up the petition on March 14.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court on Friday accepted for hearing a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan seeking disqualification MNA Aisha Gulalai.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar and comprising Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan will take up the petition on March 14.
Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had rejected a reference filed by Imran Khan against Gulalai under Article 63 for her disqualification.
