SC orders district president

Earlier in February, Supreme Court (SC) ordered PTI s Kohat president to bring back his nephew who flew abroad after Asma Rani was murdered.

While hearing the case, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar told Aftab Alam to bring back his nephew Mujahidullah Afridi. “If you try to influence in any way on the investigation then we will not spare you,” he said.

Alam was directed that he should bring his nephew back to the country or else the authorities can force him back by using the help of Interpol. CJP assured Alam that they would provide protective bail.
