Talal Chaudhry and Capt.(R) Safdar have called for ending pointless and vindictive cases against PML

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – PML-N leaders Talal Chaudhry and Capt.(R) Safdar have called for ending pointless and vindictive cases against PML-N leaders and requested all institutions to observe jursidictions as defined by the constitution of Pakistan.

PML-N member of National Assembly Capt.(R) Safdar has said that the cases underway in NAB will not yield anything.

Talking to media, he said that the case is not petty so as to be decided in six or seven weeks. “It is an important case as credibility of judiciary and political leaders depend on it.”

Commenting in the recent Senate elections where PML-N bagged 15 seats, Capt.(R) Safdar said that PTI members sold their conscience and suggested JIT head Wajid Zia’s name to investigate. “Wajid Zia has great skills in such matters. He cannot answer questions about the report he has prepared. He cannot even write a simple application.”

Talal Chaudhry, while talking to media outside SC, said that parliament is not a municipal corporation which deals in petty street matters. “Parliament takes big decisions and complying with those decisions is everyone else’s duty.”

He said that PML-N wants to escalate the esteem of the parliament and see Pakistan prosper.
