None hurt as terrorists attack police check-post in Peshawar

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Some unidentified terrorists on Wednesday attacked a police check post with two hand grenades in Peshawar.
The security personnel retaliated the attack after which all the terrorists fled the scene.
However, no loss of human life has been reported while a search operation has also been launched to nab the culprits.
Earlier in Lahore, Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) hadfoiled a terror bid and arrested three terrorists of banned organization during an operation.
CTD personnel had conducted an operation on intelligence reports in Mughalpura area and arrested three terrorists belonging to ‘Daesh’.
The spokesperson informed that a huge quantity of explosive material and a large number of hand grenades were recovered from arrested persons.
The arrested terrorists were sifted to some undisclosed location for further interrogation.
