IHC rejects NAB's plea to dismiss Capt (retd.) Safdar's bail in London flats reference

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday rejected National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) plea to dismiss Captain (retd.) Safdar’s bail.
Accountability court’s judge Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani upheld the decision of approving Sfadr’s bail plea.
The verdict which was reserved on December 14 last year was announced today.
NAB while challenging accountability court’s decision had requested to send Capatain (retd.) Safadr to jail.
