SC: Application against immunity for Raymond Davis denied

Registrar Supreme Court denied and returned the application filed against the immunity for Raymond Davis

The registrar objected to the application and said that because the case is still pending in the Lahore High Court hence the Supreme Court is currently not a proper forum. On the other hand, the applicant Ikram Chahudry has filed for an appeal against the registrar office.
