ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Captain (Retd) Safdar has been on Thursday fined Rs.1000 for listening to a phone call while in court over the appeal of NAB proceedings against retired captain’s bail.

According to the details, Justice Mohsin of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) lashed out on Captain (Retd) Safdar for listening to a phone call in court saying that he is in court not a public park and should respect the court.

The court officials took the mobile phone in custody on the direction of the honorable judge.

On the end of the hearing, the retired captain apologized to the court and the court returned the phone on the condition of a written apology letter with Rs.1000 fine.
