Summary Nawaz Sharif will chair CEC meeting of PML-N at the Punjab House in Islamabad today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The central executive committee (CEC) meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will be held today (Monday) at the Punjab House in Islamabad, Dunya News reported.
PML-N president Nawaz Sharif will chair the meeting. Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz and Maryam Nawaz are also invited to attend the meeting.
The meeting will also be attended by Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar, Khawaja Asif, Mushahid Ullah Khan, Saad Rafiq, Ayaz Sadiq, Ahsan Iqbal, Birjees Tahir, Sardar Mehtab, Amir Muqam and others.
According to sources, the meeting will discuss matters pertaining to the party’s future and other organisational issues. Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will take the members of the committee into confidence about party’s future strategies.
Sources further informed that Nawaz Sharif is likely to leave for London on December 5 while Begum Kulsoom Nawaz is also expected to return home during current month.
