Qatari prince holds separate meetings with Nawaz, Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Qatari Prince Hamad Bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani held separate meetings with ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the former s Jati Umra residence at Raiwind on Wednesday.
The prince arrived in Lahore along with a 13-member delegation via a special plane.
On the orders of federal government, the dignitaries were given an official protocol and taken to Nawaz Sharif’s residence in Jati Umra from Lahore airport’s Hajj terminal.
Qatari Prince held talks with the Sharif brothers over bilateral matters and other significant issues of mtutual interest. Former senator Saifur Rehman was also present in the meeting with Nawaz Sharif.
Speaking on the occasion, the Qatari prince said that investment in Pakistan is the expression of confidence over the PML-N government.
The former premier hosted a luncheon for the Qatari prince and delegation. The guests later departed for Karachi where Hamad Bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani will attend the inaugaration ceremony of Port Qasim Coal Power Plant.
