SC's 3-member bench to hear appeal for reopening Hudaibiyah case tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Supreme Court’s (SC) 3-member bench is going to hear the appeal for reopening Hudaibiyah Paper Mills case against Sharif family. National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed this appeal upon the observation of SC’s 5-member bench in Panama case, reported Dunya News.

According to details, the 3-member bench is going to be headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa. The other two judges are Justice Dost Mohammad and Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel. Registrar Office has issued the notice to NAB Prosecutor General.

Earlier, Lahore High Court had dismissed the Hudaibiyah Paper Mills case against Sharif brothers. NAB has challenged this decision in Supreme Court to open this reference again.
