Summary Sindh govt will redirect the case to SC after finalizing the decision in cabinet meeting
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Government has devised a new strategy to replace grade 21 officer IG police Allah Dino Khwaja as Additional IG R & D Abdul Hameed Dasti working under the supervision of the IG, has been promoted to grade 22.
According to the sources, the decision to replace the IG will be fortified further in the cabinet meeting scheduled for October 28 before redirecting it to Supreme Court. The decision came after it was deemed unfit for grade 22 officer working under the supervision of a grade 21 officer.
The sources’ details suggest that Sindh Government has also decided to tailor the IG’s authorities while also rejecting IG A D. Khawaja’s applications regarding transfer, posting and tenure.
The govt also rerouted futher decisions to the committtee working under the supervision of Provincial Interior Minister of Sindh Sohail Anwar Siyal.
