Summary Raids were conducted in different cities of Punjab.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - At least 14 suspected arms smugglers were arrested during intelligence based operations in different cities of Punjab.
According to ISPR, Rangers personnel, CTD officials and intelligence agencies raided different areas in Islamabad, Attock and Dera Ghazi Khan. Illegal weapons and ammunition of different calibers were recovered during the raids.
Earlier on Saturday, a major terrorist activity was averted in Balochistan when FC Balochistan conducted IBOs in Grandani, Kohlu and Ghazi Nullah, Uch Naseerabad.
1300 kgs of explosives revovered which was being planned to be used for terrorist activities in the province. Different weapons and ammunition including sub machine guns, rockets and along with hand Grenades, maps of important areas and communication equipment were also recovered recovered.
