Summary Minister makes it easy for Khan, asks if his party's secretary general should be made NAB chairman
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister Mushahidullh Khan on Thursday made it easier for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan by proposing to name his party’s Secretary General Jahangir Tareen as the chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), reported Dunya News.
In his response to Imran Khan’s statement, Mushahidullah Khan asked if the government should make Jahangir Tareen the chairman of NAB to please Imran.
Talking about the change of Opposition Leader in National Assembly, Mushahidullah said that it was not that easy to replace Khursheed Shah. He said that PTI were like kids before Shah and since the game was about votes, it wasn’t easy for Shah to be removed.
Mushahidullah Khan said that all parties were consulted when the NAB chairman was appointed and the posting was made with the consultation of the leader of the house and the opposition leader. He said that Imran Khan had also been consulted.
