Summary Over violations in ECP's code of conduct, Provincial Food Minister Bilal Yasin was summoned on Sep 5
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday summoned Provincial Food Minister Bilal Yasin for allegedly violating ECP’s code of conduct in the NA-120 by-election campaign, reported Dunya News.
According to ECP’s monitoring officer, Yasin participated in the rally organized for Kulsoom Nawaz. The member of Provincial Assembly for PML-N is asked to present himself before the commission on Sep 5 at 10 am.
According to ECP’s notification, ECP wouldn t allow anyone to violate the election code of conduct. “We will take strict legal action against anyone who violates it,” the notification read.
