LAHORE (Dunya News)- News are continuously circulating that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar is angry with the federal government, said renowned analyst and anchorperson Kamran Khan in his widely watched show Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath.
Nisar lambasted Geo News on ‘incorrect reporting’ about his remarks during federal cabinet meeting and termed them against basic media ethics.
“The reporting about the remarks of minister during the meeting was not accurate, and on part of a news channel it was inappropriate and against the journalistic norms to link remarks with the minister which he had not expressed,” a spokesman for the interior ministry said.
The aforementioned statement stamped the report of Dunya News that PM’s stalwart is angry.
Dunya News Islamabad Bureau Chief Ibrahim Raja, while analyzing developments in the aftermath of JIT report, said that interior minister might had advised PM to relinquish and name replacement.
“Ch Nisar has made it overtly clear on myriad occasions that he would be first to part his ways with Sharifs if corruption charges leveled against them are proved,” added Raja.
Raja said that ostensibly it seems that Nisar wants to stay away from the Panamagate controversy.
Nisar, known for his verbal outburst and vocal opinions, has kept his lips sealed on the latest happenings in Panama Papers Case.
