Cache of weapons was seized in North Waziristan's Datta Khel

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Security forces have killed two terrorists and seized a cache of ammunition in separate operations on Friday under Operation Radd-ul-Fassad.

The large-scale counter-terror operation led by Pakistan Army is continuing across the country. Reportedly, two terrorists were killed as a terror bid was foiled in Dera Ghazi Khan.

The extremists were reported to have planned to target a religious gathering during Ramazan. Media cell of the army stated that a cache of weapons was seized in an operation in North Waziristan’s Datta Khel Tehsil.

The seized weapons include 12.7mm rifle, heavy machine gun, Sub-machine Guns (SMG), missile launchers and a large number of RPG7s.

In another operation, three terrorists fled after an encounter with the forces in Rawalpindi and a search operation was launched.
