The president made his last speech in the parliament before the general elections of 2018 in a hush and fell trap to a slip of tongue as he referred ‘Moody’s’ by the name of Indian Prime Minsiter ‘Modi’ while talking about the country’s economic progress.

However; the protest quietened later as the opposition lawmakers staged a walk out from the assembly hall. The protest came as the government has earlier refused to broadcast the opposition’s budget speeches live on PTV.
