Summary Govt appointed Grade-20 officer Saleem Baig as Principal Information Officer in Rao Tehsin's place
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Government of Pakistan has on Wednesday appointed Saleem Tehsin as Principal Information Officer (PIO) in Ministry of Information, replacing Rao Tehsin, reported Dunya News.
Saleem Baig is a Grade-20 officer and is currently serving in Press Information Department (PID) as Director General of Directorate of electronic Media and Publications.
He will replace Rao Tehsin, who had been removed from the position as a result of the finding of Dawn Leaks committee.
