Summary DIG Peshawar Mazhar Shahab’s son was strangulated to death by his guard in Karachi on Friday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Police have recovered the body of 27-year-old Umar Shahab son of DIG Peshawar Mazhar Shahab from a bungalow in Khayaban-e-Sahar in Defence Area of Karachi on Friday. Umar Shahab was killed by a guard named Faqir Muhammad over a money dispute.
Police sources said that the accused demanded Rs 200,000 from Umar Shahab and on refusal strangulated him to death with the help of a rope.
Police have shifted Faqir Muhammad to Darakhshan Police Station and started investigation.
