KARACHI (Dunya News) – Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) recovered different documents including donation slips from terrorists’ hideout in Karachi’s Korangi, reported Dunya News.
The revelations were made by a CTD officer on condition of not revealing his identity. The officer unearthed that a document written in 2009 was recovered during raid in which it was pledged to attend training sessions every month in which inflammatory speeches of former leaders of banned outfits were used for brain washing.
It has been disclosed that funds were also raised for terrorism, and slips along with other documents show that banned outfits were active in Korangi and Quaidabad.
A terrorist was also killed during the raid of CTD who was identified as Dildar aka Chacha. Dildar was in charge of sleeper’s cell and father-in-law of Ishaq Bobby who was involved in high profile target killing a few months back.
Ishaq Bobby revealed in investigation afterwards that his brother-in-law named Majid was among those who were killed in airport attack. Before this revelation, police thought that all the attackers who got killed were foreigners. Their DNAs were tested once again afterwards.
The officer also told that Dildar was an expert of making bombs and used to organize sittings of like-minded people.
