The Government has reshuffled top bureaucracy on Saturday and Khushnood Ali Lashari has been appointed new Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister. Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister Nargis Sethi has been appointed as Secretary Cabinet Division and she will also hold additional charge of Secretary Health. Abdur Rauf has been appointed as Secretary Establishment Division and she will also hold additional charge of Secretary IT.
