A writ petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court for seeking judicial inquiry of SC Justice Javaid Iqbals parents killing.Azhar Saddiqu Advocate has moved a writ petition in LHC for seeking judicial inquiry of assassination of Justica Javaid Iqbals parents. The applicant has requested to constitute a judicial commission to probe the incident adding that law enforcement agencies has failed to provide security to judges and there families, in these circumstance, the court should take strict notice. The applicant has also demanded strict action against the culprits.
