KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Despite the concession granted to the online cab service by the Sindh government, the police seem to have different plans. The drivers from the cab service are being harassed by the police officers as the confusion among the drivers related to the cab service about their future with the company mounts, reported Dunya News.
Although the Sindh government had let go of the cab service but now the police officers are harassing the cab drivers for no apparent reason. Thousands of young drivers associated with the company are under pressure and complain that the government must provide them with the alternative before declaring the service as illegal.
The cab service has been providing excellent facility in reasonable cars at affordable prices. Citizens believe that the government should allow the service to continue if it fulfills the legal requirements.
