Multan: Power outage adds to patients woes at Nishtar Hospital
Patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Nishtar Hospital faced problem due to power breakdown.
MULTAN (Dunya News) – A sudden power breakdown plunged the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Nishtar Hospital, Multan into darkness on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
Patients and doctors in the ICU faced problems as 30-minute power breakdown shut down ventilators. Normally, generators are switched on during a power breakdown, but this did not happen.
The hospital administration has blamed Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) for making the lives of patients miserable.
