ECL case: Ayyan Ali submits application to Interior Ministry
The copy of verdict by Sindh High Court has also been attached with the application
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Model Ayyan Ali has submitted an application to the Interior Ministry for omission of her name from ECL, reported Dunya News.
According to details, it has been mentioned in the report that in the light of verdict given by Sindh High Court, her name should be removed from ECL.
It has also been reported that since Ayyan Ali wants to leave for abroad on Jan 30 that is why, it has been mentioned in the application her name should be removed from ECL.
The applicant also mentioned that if her name was not removed from the ECL, she would file contempt of court plea in court.
In addition, copy of verdict by Sindh High Court has also been attached with the application.
It is pertinent to mention that the Sindh High Court order to remover Ayyan Ali’s name from ECL in its verdict on Jan 19, 2017.
