It can be clearly seen in the footage that the plaza collapsed at 4.07 pm on Tuesday in no time.
Severe traffic jam was observed the moment immediately after the building collapse.
The shocking revelation from the CCTV footage was that the pedestrians came to help voluntarily and the rescue teams arrived at the scene after 25 minutes of the incident.
It is pertinent to mention at least two labourers died and several others injured when an under-construction plaza collapsed on Tuesday near Bosan Road.
