Summary PTI spokesperson says there is contradiction between the statements of PM, his children on case
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry has on Saturday said that there is contradiction between the statements of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and his children on Panama Leaks case. He expressed hope that the case would be decided within next fifteen days, reported Dunya News.
Holding a press conference at Insaf House in Karachi, Chaudhry said that the ‘final match’ of the Panama Leaks case will begin in Supreme Court (SC) from Monday. He said that PM’s lawyers will start their arguments from Tuesday.
Talking on the occasion, PTI leader Imran Ismail said that the federal ministers were defending Nawaz Sharif. He added that Maryam Nawaz, PM’s daughter, hadn’t challenged the papers. She only challenged the signatures on those papers.
Ismail added that PTI will turn its attention to Karachi first after Panama Papers case. He said that bringing Karachi and Sindh into national politics was must according to PTI’s philosophy.
