While talking to the media at Jinnah International Airport, the returning persons said that the last five months were really hard on them as Pakistan ‘does not have good ties’ with Egypt.

They held Pakistani embassy in Egypt responsible for their safe return however, they said that 13 Pakistanis are still stranded there in the worst possible situation. They said that the rest of the crew talks to their families after selling their possessions.

They neither have quilts nor warm clothes, reportedly.

None of the crew members have been given their due salaries for past several months over a clash with the administration. It was reported earlier that owner of the ship had lodged a case against the crew alleging them of hijacking the ship.
