Due to increase in POL prices, transport owners have also announced an increase of 10 percent in inter-city fare.According to new rates, Rs 550 will be charged from Lahore to Islamabad, from Lahore to Multan Rs 530, Lahore to Faisalabad Rs 250 and Rs 660 will be charged from Lahore to Peshawar. All Pakistan Transport Owners Association General Secretary Arshad Khan said that it was vital to increase fares because oil prices have increased second time.
