The Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) in Quetta announced verdict on Shahzain Bugtis bail plea on Friday, ordering the case to be transferred to the session court.Earlier, the ATC on Thursday had reserved its decision on Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) provincial presidents bail application.During the Fridays session, the court observed the accused could not be charged under any clause of Anti-Terrorism Act.Shahzain was charged with possessing illegal arms and the case, therefore, should be pursued in a civil court, the court noted.Shahzains legal counsel, following the verdict, told media representatives the case would now be followed in a session court.It is pertinent to mention here that Shahzain Bugti was taken into custody few days ago and the Frontier Constabulary had recovered heavy arms and ammunition from his possession.
