FIA team meets Interpol officials to arrest Rehman Bhola

The prime suspect of Baldia factory fire will be handed over to the FIA team after medical tests

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) two-member team which arrived in Thailand to arrest Rehman Bhola has had its second meeting, on Monday, with the Interpol officials. The team contains Deputy Director of FIA Badar Baloch and Inspector Rehmatullah Domki, reported Dunya News.

According to sources, Rehman Bhola who is the prime suspect of Baldia factory fire also met with the FIA team. He will be handed over to the FIA after completion of medical tests.

Rehman Bhola is expected to be brought back to Pakistan in full-proof security from Bangkok, Thailand. Earlier, it was reported that Rehman Bhola had been arrested by the police in Bangkok following an arrest warrant sought by the Pakistani authorities.

Rehman Bhola is an alleged suspect who is blamed to set the Baldia factory on fire that left more than 250 dead and innumerous injured about four years ago.
