Summary JIT report instead of finding clues has tried to prove the allegations, reveals the eight pages note

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The report of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) regards to the two most notorious criminals i.e., Asim Capri and Ishaq Bobby has been completed, however the intelligence agencies haven’t expressed their satisfaction over the report.

It is pertinent to mention that two criminals were involved in the assassination of renowned qawal Amjad Sabri and also the killings of Pak Army’s jawans.

The eight pages note issued by the intelligence agencies reveals that there exists a clear contradiction between the statements of eye-witnesses, site investigation and statements of the criminals.

The note further reveals that the JIT report instead of finding clues regards to the crime has tried to prove the allegations.

The note also reveal that the number of cases against the criminals were 59 in the first place which were reduced to 45 and later on 25.

According to the note by the intelligence agencies, there also exists a clear contradiction between the criminals’ statements in cases such Tibet Centre, Parking Pmaza and other crucial incidents.

The note also revealed that despite request, police didn’t provide case file of the criminal while the investigation was carried out by 10 members instead of six members appointed for the JIT.

The intelligence agencies also raised questions over the contradiction in the use of weapons in all the attacks.

The intelligence agencies attached the note with the JIT report.
