RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Reportedly, expired tear gas was used by police to disperse protesters in the twin cities on Friday amidst different clashes with activists of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Muslim League (AML).

Dunya News has obtained shells that were manufactured in 1992 and 1994 from different sites in the twin cities.

Experts have said that tear gas shells are bound to be used within two years of manufacturing
