A 4-member bench has been constituted for the hearing of contenmpt of court case against the PCO Judges, Dunya News reported on Tuesday. The bench would include Justice M.A. Shahid Siddiqui, Justice Jawad S. Khawaja, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervaiz. Justice Sair Ali refused to proceed the hearing of the case after giving remarks that he could not remain a part of the bench as the petitioners have reservations on his membership of the bench.
