The judicial commission has extended the tenure of three additional judges of Baluchistan High court, Dunya news reported on Saturday. The session of the judicial commission was held in Islamabad and presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan. The commission decided to extend the tenure of three judges that included Justice Tahira Safdar, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Justice Noor Muhammad Maskeen. According to sources, the decision of extension in the tenure of Justice Ghulam Mustafa Maingal has been postponed. It is to be remembered that the recommendations of the judicial commission would be sent to the parliamentary committee according to the 18th amendment. The judicial commission has also decided that cases of the extension of tenures of the judges of KhyberPakhtunkhwa whereas the cases of Sind High Court are being considered.
