NAB has sent a comprehensive report regarding recovery of embezzled money by it till 2010 to Senate parliamentary committee, Dunya News reported on Friday. Sources said that NAB has recovered around Rs331billion in corruption and embezzlement cases from 2001 to 2010. Of the recovered money, NAB distributes one and a half billion among its officials as prize money. Earlier, Senate members protested against the abovesaid NAB disbursement of money on which Chairman Senate Farooq H Naek formed a three-member body. The committee is probing the case. NAB has not sent the details of political cases to the committee as yet.
