Supreme Court Bars Executive Committee refrained Hamid Khan and Rasheed from defending the case against some clauses of 18th amendment, Dunya News reported on Saturday. During a meeting, held under the chair of President SCBA Asma Jehangir, certain issues regarding the courts and else were mulled. Vice President SCBA AK Wahab suggested to stop Hamid Khan and Rasheed Rizvi from appearing before the court in the abovesaid case. Of the 18 Bar members, 11 voted for the suggestion. Ali Ahmed Kurd, Munir A.Malik and Tariq Mehmood are likely to replace both the abovementioned lawyers, sources said.
