UK assures assistance in reference case against MQM chief

Islamabad (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan formally met British High Commissioner Thomas Drew, reported Dunya News. The main issue discussed in this meeting was the reference against MQM chief.

The sources have also confirmed that the interior minister while talking to the British official, stressed upon finding legal solutions to the matters and incidents pertaining to this kind of situations. In reply, the high commissioner informed Chaudhry Nisar that the investigations have been carried out against the speech by MQM chief. He also declared the reference against MQM chief as a valuable document and assured of necessary investigations against MQM chief.
