LARKANA (Dunya News) – A shopkeeper tied two children and tortured them after accusing them of stealing pigeons on Tuesday in Larkana, reported Dunya News.
The barbaric act was performed in Naudero as the shopkeeper tied both children with tree in scorching heat and they kept crying but nobody came to help and people were mere spectators. Police came in action one hour later and arrested the shopkeeper.
