JUI leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that army operations were against the resolutions of the Parliament. He said that security and safety of people should be top most priority of the government and economic revival should be at second slot. Talking to media in Lahore after condolence with PML-Q secretary general Mushahid Hussain over his mothers demise, Fazlur Rehman said that the matter of imposition of taxes was being discussed with the government and he will support new taxes if convinced with governments stance. He said that innocent people were being killed, and situation of Karachi was being deteriorated day by day but no party was coming forward to play its role to establish peace.
