DG Rangers visits SHC, discusses security issues with lawyers
DG Rangers met lawyers and gave directions to make security arrangements better
KARACHI - (Dunya News) – Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh Major General Bilal Akbar visited the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday and met lawyers to discuss security issues with them, reported Dunya News.
Lawyers indicated that target killing of lawyers and sub-standard security is a big issue and demanded that Rangers should be given responsibility of their security. Pakistan Bar Council President Dr Farogh Naseem told that DG Rangers assured that Rangers would be deputed for their security soon.
Dr Farogh Naseem also asked lawyers to cooperate with the security personnel and get themselves checked before entering the premises, as it is for their own benefit.
