Petroleum prices likely to increase by August 1
Sui Southern and Sui Northern stated OGRA that prices should be increased by July 1
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Government on Friday decided to increase petroleum prices from August while on the other hand gas companies also demanded an increase in gas prices, reported Dunya News.
The summary in this regard had been sent to Finance Ministry. Petrol by Rs 2.12, High-Speed Diesel Rs 0.26 while Kerosine will be increased by Rs 3.94, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) stated. High Octane price will be reduced by Rs0.60 and Light Speed Diesel by Rs 1.24.
On the other hand, gas companies also demanded an increase in gas prices by Rs 18 to 17 per MMBTU. Sui Southern and Sui Northern stated OGRA that prices should be increased by July 1 as per adjustment.
