Summary The banners displayed a woman with hands joined, insisting COAS to help Pakistani people

JACOBABAD (Dunya News) – Banners pleading Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif to continue to offer his services were displayed in Jacobabad by a non-political organisation namely Labour-Citizens’ Unity on Thursday, reported Dunya News.

The banners displayed a woman with hands joined, insisting COAS not to leave his office and help Pakistani people get rid of corrupt bureaucrats and politicians.

The corrupt leaders in Pakistan were symbolised with a diagram depicting Pakistan as a green tree with ripe fruits on its edges which were eaten by clever crows and its roots were destroyed by insects.

The banners were displayed by a non-political entity called Labour-Citizens United which basically worked for Labour rights.
