Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided in principle not to be a part of the leagues coalition, Dunya News reported on Friday. The party leaders were of the view that they could not unite with those politicians who supported a dictator i.e; Musharraf.PML-N leaders criticized the leagues coalition in a meeting of the central organizing committee of PML-N in Islamabad chaired by Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. The leaders of PML-N said that they earned prestige and respect due to the fight against dictatorship and therefore this respect could not be lost by the party by participating in the coalition of the leagues. The leaders also said that most of PML-Q leaders sitting in the parliament support PML-N and those who are trying for the leagues amalgamation are infact desperate for their political survival. PLM-N chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said that the present government has created serious challenges for the country because of its ill-conceived policies and wrong deeds. He also said that had PML-N not taken bold stance on the issue of restoration of the higher judiciary, the government would never have fulfilled its promises.
