Summary Govt trying to provide every possible facility to people for the holy month of Ramzan: Bilal Yasin

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Friday has approved Ramzan Package according to which 330 Ramzan Bazaars will be organised by the provincial government, reported Dunya News.

Rice, flour, sugar, pulses and cooking oil will be available in comparatively lesser rates as Punjab government has announced subsidy worth Rs 5 billion. 10 kg of floor will be sold for Rs 290 while 20 kg of floor will be sold Rs 145 lesser than the market rate.

In the local market 20 kg floor costs Rs 725 which will be sold for Rs 580 in Ramzan Bazaar. Sugar and cooking oil will be 10 rupees cheaper than the market rate while pulses will be sold 4-5 rupees cheaper.

Chicken meat will be 10 rupees cheaper than that of market rate. Food Minister Bilal Yasin said that the government is trying to provide every possible facility to people for the holy month of Ramzan.
