Long sessions of negotiations have taken place in the provincial governor house in Karachi between MQM (Muttahida Quami Movement) and PPP (Pakistan Peoples Party) to restore peace in the city, Dunya News reported on Friday. Talking to the media personnel after the meeting, MQM Leader Farooq Sattar said that PPP has assured to consider all the reservations of MQM. He also said that all necessary steps would be taken to establish peace in Karachi. Farooq Sattar briefed the media men that MQM would render unconditional support to PPP for establishing and restoring peace in the city. He also said that misunderstandings would be avoided by better coordination. He also vowed to continue with the conciliatory policies of Altaf Hussain and the President.
