Summary Two persons were killed while a police officer was wounded in acts of violence in Karachi on Tuesday
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least two persons were killed while a police officer was injured in incidents of violence in different parts of Karachi on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, some unidentified armed men opened fire in Korangi Industrial area and injured police officer Mumtaz Shah. Police sources said that Mumtaz Shah, who was working in anti-car lifting cell, was shifted to Jinnah Hospital in critical condition.
On the other hand, some unidentified culprits opened fire in Gulistan Johar Block-9 and shot dead a man named Akhtar Malhi. Police also recovered a dead body from Safoora Goth’s Memon Society. Police sources said that the deceased was identified as 55-year-old Razzaq.
